CNSI Statistics and Load Balancer
Application is built for a French nation-wide network of call centers. Each of the call centers (represented by a VoIP server) submit data to the system, which then analyzes it, displays all necessary statistics (in numeric and graphical forms) and manages load-balancing server accordingly. Besides that, application is able to control individual call center schedule, operators in working queue, submit custom audio messages, compile custom statistics pages, export any data to a CSV file, etc.
